One of the main reasons people give for being reluctant to wear vintage is that it looks "dated." Now that doesn't include ALL vintage. There are some pieces that are timeless and will fit in any era, but there are some pieces that may scream "old" instead of "style."
This faux rabbit fur coat was one of them. It was initially the fur version of the "members-only" jacket and looked totally 70's (and not in a good way).

So...I updated it. How?? I removed the sleeves and voila...I have an awesome hooded vest!
